In the words of head coach Jordan Nowell: "Just like with every year, I was sad to see this one come to an end. This group saw a year full of ups and downs. The first semester saw us play really well and show flashes of our potential. In November, we defeated Bismarck State (NAIA) for our first win over a scholarship school since 2016. In December, we knocked off the #1 team in the nation! Unfortunately, our second semester didn't end how we had hoped but I am really excited for the future of our program. We had a young team this year and that will give us a lot to look forward to in the years to come."
