Arsene Metzger Commits to Men’s Basketball!
Men's basketball adds another player to the 2025-26 recruiting class! Arsene Metzger is a 5'10 guard from Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Arsene attended Champlin Park High School, where he played a key role on the team that went 23-5 and was the Section Runner-Up. On the prep hoops circuit, Arsene was named to the Prep Hoops Open 2024 second team!
When asked why he chose Trinity, Arsene stated: "My family, I liked the environment. Life on and off the court is making me nothing less than excited to arrive on campus this fall!" Trinity Bible College and Graduate School is an institution that wants to give student-athletes a platform for competitive sports as well as get a Christian-based education and ultimately be productive members of society, and further the kingdom of God! We are excited to have Arsene in our community this fall!
In the words of Head Coach Jordan Nowell: "When Arsene visited, the first thing you notice is that he can really shoot the basketball! He's a great kid who loves to play basketball. Arsene will definitely help us from behind the arc, but he has a lot to offer defensively, too. He offers us something we need: a small, quick guard that can put pressure on the opposing team. He's very relentless, and that's a quality we need in our guards. Arsene will definitely give opposing players plenty of problems."
We are looking forward to seeing Arsene on the court and on campus this fall!
