HOW IT HAPPENED
It was back and forth for most of the opening half for the Lions and Lakers.
The Lions were able to use a 12 to 4 run over the final 3 minutes to take an 8 point lead into halftime.
The Lions took a 35 to 27 lead into halftime.
The 2nd half was back and forth as the Lakers and Lions would find themselves tied at 55 to 55 with 11 minutes left in the game.
The Lions would use a 22 to 6 run to grab control of the game and put it out of distance for the Lakers.
The Lions went on to beat the Lakers 89 to 70.
