HOW IT HAPPENED 

It was back and forth for beginning part of the 1st half until the Lions used a 19 to 7 run to take a 25 to 13 lead.

The Lions continued to push their lead in the 1st half taking a 15 point lead into halftime.

The Lions led 44 to 29 at halftime.  

The Lions would continue playing pressure defense and grow their lead in the 2nd half. The Lions largest lead of the game was 23 points.

The Lions went on to beat the Blazers by 22, 87 to 65.

NOTES

- The Lions shot 38 percent from the field (33/85), 23 percent on 3's (5/21) and 76 percent on FT's (16/21).

- The Blazers shot 38 percent from the field (27/70), 7 percent on 3's (1/13) and 50 percent on FT's (10/20).

-The Lions had 17 offensive rebounds to the Blazers 10.

-The Lions had 16 Turnovers to the Blazers 24.

-Aaron Stemen led the Lions with a double-double (his 4th straight) with 23 points and 13 rebounds.

-Josh Bauska added 16 points.

-Jaden Shockley pitched in 14 points off the bench, including 4 for 8 on 3's, moving Jaden even closer to breaking the Lions MBB record for most made 3's in a career. (Current record 233)    

-Parker Stemen added 10 points.
